Here is one way to find an emoji keyboard on a PC:
Right click on the task bar at the bottom of the screen.
From the box that pops up, click on Show Touch Keyboard Button.
A keyboard icon will appear on the bottom task bar.
Click on the keyboard icon.
To the left of the Space Bar you will see a smiley face.
Click on the smiley face and the keyboard will switch to emojis.

On an iPhone:
Go into Settings.
Scroll down to General and click on it.
Scroll down to Keyboards and click on it.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and find Memojis and click on it.
When you go into your keyboard to type, you should be able to toggle the World Globe key, 2nd left from the Space Bar, between any languages you have selected for your phone, including the Memoji one.

@Faith-and-Hope You can also right click on the mouse pad and in the drop down menu 'emojis' should appear at the top of the box - click on that to show all emojis.
