A Mind Full is not necessarily a bad thing, and mindfulness is something different and best not forced.

You have so much life experience & persuits in MH ✔️, Din't worry -, I'll acknowledge you, like good old Lapses, and Tawney would. Theory is one thing (they know it all) but quite another to have combined it to life experience. 💗
