It was pretty painful experience over the last couple of months ....calling the ISP to get Telstra to fix the line...
There isn't enough accountability in the ISP....I reckon some of them are doing the dodgy and make you keep calling back and then you get someone else....
Finally Mum fired up recently and after that they moved a lot quicker and Telstra did some work but still told us won't finish until end of month to fix external line
