Re: Good Morning!

@Oaktree  Good for you! I hope you take to spinning the cycle, like a duck to water.

I look forward to your updates 😊

Re: Good Morning!

Thanks @ENKELI

I have chronic pain due to moderate to severe OA in various joints including entire spine and both hands.  Diagnostic medial branch block to be done in just under 4 weeks as first step.

I have good and bad days.  Today has been a great day including spending time making greeting cards

Re: Good Morning!

@Glisten yes, having had a severe case of serotonin syndrome (self inflicted and never again) I am very mindful of checking symptoms.

No, MM is big boned. Fur doesn't feel like a tonne of bricks when it launches itself on to your ribs!

I hope you are feeling better. I am being slack and delaying getting out of bed. It's too cold and wet, plus there's good shows on the ID channel.

Supposed to be going to Funnings after lunch so I figure I've got plenty of time to face the cold!

Stay warm Tomaatii 😊

Re: Good Morning!

@Oaktree good one. I need to get fit too, just need the motivation.

How are you feeling? I'm really good mentally, just a head cold but nothing to complain about.

Hope your Sunday is going well x

Re: Good Morning!

The electricity has gone off in my area. Peanut is shaking away - I just put a jumper on him.

I looked up @Patches59 condition on Ai and this is what I got - I'm writing over what ai sent me there is so much.

The person has long-term pain caused by significant wear and tear in many of their joints, including their entire spine and both hands. As a starting point to figure out exactly what's causing their back pain, they will be undergoing a specific injection procedure in less than four weeks to see if the small joints in their spine are the source of the pain.
