How am I ?

Well I've been in quite a bit of pain for the past 48 hours (thanks for asking).

I've had a bad Flare up of Diverticular Disease, or Iritable Bowel Syndrome, or both (as I have both).

Rather painful, very unpleasant.

It's slowly easing.

Tomorrow is my 2nd Gardening Work Shift (probably Hot Weather) - Not sure how I will manage work, with this gut pain & feeling so very tired.

Oh wow @Adge 

I have had crippling diverticulitis and so has my partner, Mr Rocker - yes, yes, the exhaustion has been a nightmare. 

 fortunate I don't work anymore but at last I have 4 quilts ready to go to the quilter's - I am going to sell 2 online on an Etsy store. 

My tiredness is getting so bad I'm going to my GP about hormone replacement therapy. 

I'm trying to eat a banana a day because Mr Rocker went to hospital because of diverticulitis and they gave him a potassium drip and he said it was painful and I hate pain so I thought we better up our banana eating.

Tossing water over some people may relieve some crankiness but not wasting a good hot chocolate!

I have been a bit busy

Life is like liquorice allsorts more than a box of chocolates for me. .. sweet chewy

Soft hard... salty.

Love to share dark chocolate ice creams all round.

Lots of pain. Don't want to be a downer

Determined to be feistier in my old age.

it’s been a couple busy days. A bit of stress on the roads getting around but the days were pretty good.
