Still running pretty much flat out here @oceangirl.  Back with S2 and D3 at the mo.

Been extra hard the last few days @Faith-and-Hope Had Dad taken to hospital. He is home now and doing a little better but have to wait for some specialist appointments over the next week to see what is going on. We think it is possibly just medication related but after his heart operation last year, we are all still concerned. Just have to wait to see what next steps are.

Oh dear @Zoe7 so sorry to hear the news.

I am glad that he is back home now. Hopefully the follow up tests can help. It's hard not knowing what is wrong.

I hope you have been able to look after yourself too during the last few days.

Haven't been doing very well for a while now @Snowie Can't get on top of anything and so much happening - but I am seeing my psych this week and pdoc next week. We made the appointments a bit sooner than usual because they both wanted to check in. Happy to have the support but I really cannot afford it so that is adding extra pressure. I know my pdoc will allow me to pay later and I hope my psych will as well ...can't get blood out of a stone (or money out of an account which is not there!!!) That is certainly adding to my stress but once I get through this week, get paid and find out more about Dad, I am hoping things will begin to look up a bit again.

It's hard when our mental health is affected by money @Zoe7 When we can't get the support we need. I really hope both your pdoc and psych can help. It sounds like you are going through a lot at the moment.

I really hope you can find out about your Dad. It is always a worry not knowing.

Dad did seem a lot better today ...as long as he does not do things he shouldn't. That one is hard because he is so independent @Snowie I think I will sleep for the next couple of days - absolutely exhausted this week. At least my appointment Friday is a late one so I can snuggle with my fur babies for the next couple of days (unless Dad wants me to do anything for him).

Some 'me' time, sounds like you have certainly deserved it @Zoe7 

Hopefully some cuddle and couch time help 💕
