Hi @Owlunar @Eucalypt @Flying_Hams @Gazza75
I forced myself to go fien the street to buy dinner. So I parked the car further away so I had to walk. It was nice / refreshing wind snd seabreeze. I felt good. It was 15 mins but it was good.
Thvn j got home snd I went around the block with youngest son. They took about 20 mins. Another good walk.
I’m home now. Headache still lingering.
@Owlunar I’m sorry you’ve got a headache. I understand how you would be feeling. You’ve had a hard few days.
Take it easy.
Im about to have a cuppa. Hubby will be home in 10 mins.
Hope your afternoon is ok.
@Flying_Hams @Gazza75 Hey guys how’s your afternoon going?

@BlueBay, I'm doing okay. Not long to go at work now.
I'm glad the walk helped you feel a bit more settled.
I need to make some small and bigger changes in the not so distant future.
My sleep's been suffering. Changing meds as well.
Life used to be so much more simple than now.

I hope today is okay @BlueBay
I had a think about your plans to work out the extra shifts for the next few weeks and you will feel a sense of achievement if you can succeed with this - the extra money will help - and walking sounds like good self-care
I like walking by the beach when it's windy - even cold - I don't do it often now but I used too
Keep plodding along there - I know your thoughts race and you get emotional about things - that's okay - try and push the ideas away and stick to your programme
All the best - I hope things are okayish

Git home snd D in the shits. It’s 6pm. A should hsvd been fed becayse she goes to bed early.
D says hubby went to sleep and wakes up at 5.30 to eirk our dinner.
I eas hoping to come home yo a cooked dinner.
We had eggs in toast.
Im angry. I’m annoyed that no one could organise dinner. My d could have cooked something she’s home all day.

No of course not @Flying_Hams our communication isn’t very good. You’re right I should let them know. I really struggle with talking.
I prob shouldn’t complain because it’s my fault for not telling them.
