Hello everyone
As @Mosaic said in another thread ;
as depression can really impact motivation.
Often times with depression it is not that people are lazy, rather their brains are not producing enough dopamine to give them the motivation to perform even the most basic of tasks.
How do you increase Dopamine ?? by certain Foods??,
what works and what does not work ??

I like the highlighted ones but I am not sure about validity vs personal preference and just generally supporting your mental health
what do others think?
