* Not sure right place to write this.
They say it happens in three well four neg things occurred Thurs. Even though trying to put behind me, two issues still nag me. So I wrote two feedback (or complaint) letters and have sent them. It was just bugging me otherwise and didnt want to not say my concerns.
Meanwhile, I started painting last night. I struggle to get started then I enjoyed. Why am I always struggling to plunge forward.
Just posted for comfort. Happy for response and will check back tomorrow.

Thursday four neg things happen. Two of those included:
1. An online order went missing yonks ago. Never receoved replacement. Been going around in circles getting no where. Aust Podt declared lost. Customer service been dreadful almost short of accusing me (lest feels like it). So had enough and wrote to senior management of the company.
2. Had surgery all great except an issue with my elbow. Sent for ultrasound and needle. Student did the ultrasound and told me they not proceeding with needle to return to my doctor and request MRI and X-Ray. Mind you it was hospital specialist that sent me to Radiography. Anyway explain it all to pre-student doctor and again the specialist. The specialist got angry (at me or radiography Idk?? I was left confused from experience and left with no outcome but open referral to return in 3 mths). Specialist said thats not how they communicate. And that found some fluid afterall but abandon procedure. On the ultrasound day another staff/nurse came in and took extra scans and explain to the student she had me wrong positions and table to low etc. Anyway from whole experience left confused and still in pain. I dont want to get anyone in trouble, or hurt academic records, but I put it all into a letter and email tge consumer liason officer. Meanwhile I have a GP appointment Tuesday to see what to do next.

@GeminiLion wow I'm sorry about that. I hope I didn't sound rude or ignorant it's just me being stupid as to why I was confused.
I hope you recover from your surgery quickly and things get better for you.

An update.
Received another correspondence. Left think is this retail person thick? So I responded in simple language explaining each word like she a child. Hit send.
Then decided thats it. After spending $$$ over the years I will now ditch the company. They might not care. One bad experience that esculated ended my business dealings with them. Over it. My night ruin but will strive to get something done what remains.
