Hello everyone,
I am "beginning a new" everyone is changing around me. I am a bit scared due to the difficulties and differences.
Everything is alright but different. I am taking on further treatments called "DBT". It's getting easier to communicate my diagnosis called "High Functioning Autism, ADHD, Bipolar, Borderline Personality, Schizophrenia and Complex PTSD."
So what have I done to change?
-Dialectial Behavioural Therapy
-I am being creative again
-I am seeing my therapists, support workers and psychiatrist.
I am beginning again this year and I want to change. Also count your blessings and keeping reality in check. Look after yourselves and keep mentally healthy.
